I've been trying to sort out some of my mp3's and I'm using TagScan v4.9 to retag the IDv3 tags. While generally everything is working fine, I've found that from time to time, no matter what I do, the tag information is not removed/changed at all.

Anyone had this problem before and knows how to fix it?

I've used Mp3tag for a few years now and have never had any issues with it at all. That or I use the tagging in MediaMonkey.
