Hello,
Whenever i upload a video on YouTube something goes wrong - apparently during the processing. I use a camera that makes mpg. videos and then i use the free YouTube uploader. I've just made testvideos of 40 seconds in lenght and uploaded on YT theyre only 10 seconds long, the audio seems fine, so the last 30 seconds are missing... Pain in the a. doesn't begin to describe it... I was fine for months using DVD soft converter (to flash) but then YT ADDED additional time like they put an extra 1 minute to a 4 minute video where you just see me moving my lips with no sound... So i started looking for another converter.... So any tips? Which format to convert into? Which conversion programme thats free and easy to use? YT says mpeg4 or something would be best, but its difficult to find one thats no test version, Yt's help forum cant be used unless you register with google. |

i used Sony Vegas Pro 8 to edit my videos and render them as WMV V9 using default template. it works fine everytime..

Thanks for replying.
I've found "any video converter"...this one is relively easy to use. And yes, converting the videos into wmv-format seems to be working fine  ...the others mpeg, flash, dvd however don't , these videos get sped up after uploading and processing on YT...i'm still wondering why this could be.

I use windows movie maker thingy and am successful every time. Maybe it's your converter, no matter how easy it seems to use it may not work properly.
