Rating it based on what? if you made it from scratch, drew & edited it in a photo editing program then i'd personally give it a 7/10 but i expect my final rating will vary when you explain what i am rating here , i mean is this some sorta fan art?

looks nice. just don't like the color violet being paired with blue... but I think it is just me
 but overall it really looks good.. i will give a rate of 7/10
