Default Recording through the Speakers

Ok, this is the problem I have. I am running "Team Speak", a voice chat program. Anyway, I wish to play music over there. The way I want to do this is to tell my microphone to "record" the sound from my speakers through the computer. When I used to use a line-in headset, all I'd have to do is select stereo mix, although this would be of bad quality, it worked.

Although now I've got a new USB headset, and I have tried many things, and found this is now an impossible option. So I am wondering if there is anyway to do this.

This can either be a program which can do this, or a software solution. I am running Windows XP SP2, with a Soundblaster 32 I believe. Thanks in advance.

Default Recording through the Speakers

Change your recording device from the microphone to the appropriate option- sometimes it will show up as stuff like Output, What U Hear, etc.
