Hi
I have the above and am having major problems with the DVD multi-writer. Each time I try and burn a DVD/CD I get an error half way through the copying procedure saying "Unexpected Error" and then I lose the drive from the list and have to re-boot the laptop. Any ideas what the problem is as this is starting to drive me crazy. Jac |

Hi
I bought it about 1 month ago. Think the laptop came out in October ish last year. It's running Windows Vista. |

What software are you using for burning? |

I'm using the built in windows software. I was thinking of installig Nero or something similar.

I would suggest doing that, just for a comparison.
Nero do a free trial on their website I think. Let us know how you get on Jac. |
