Default Sound recording program

Hello everybody.
I'm here to ask if somebody know a program that can be used to record sounds from the computer, not from loudspeakers, i mean clear sounds like from a flash game into something that can be played on Windows media player. Not from the microphone, i want the sound quality so it sounds like it do direct from the flash game.
Greets glados.
