| Hi I have just taken a couple of video clips on my digital camera and have just transferred them to my PC. Windows Media player 11 doesnt recognise the file suffix ' .mov'. Do I need to download a codec or can you recommend a programme that will run these ? thanks Dean |

| I am no expert, but you might need to change the format of the media. There are programs that will change your format to *.wmv. Do you have format options on your cam? |

| .mov i think is the quicktime codec. Download it from apple and it will work.
