Default Video converter?

Hi
I once had video converter software I downloaded off the net for free, but it's been taken off my computer when I had some work done on it..........long story.

I need to convert video files from .avi to .mov and back if I need to. It would be good to get software that will convert almost anything. That's what I had and I can't remember the name of it to download it.

Is there a good free download of video convertion software out there ?

I loaded the ANY VIDEO CONVERTER and it was a trial version.
I unloaded it and loaded the Kate's Video Converter - that too must have been just a trial because when I converted a file it gave me a warning that there would be a watermark on the video because I hadn't bought it. I did register my downloaded copy as instructed to do but I still got "the message'.

I'll try the Super and see what happens.

I wish I could remember the software I had in first place - it was great and did everything and it was free with no 'push' to buy the 'pro' version etc.

Thanks anyway - I'll keep at it here.

Are you sure you didn't click the Pro version? Use this link Any Video Converter Free version and don't update to the new version.

Sorry about the Kates, it had no mention of being a trial or evaluation.

The Super should be fine also.

I think you can have a try nidesoft video converter. It could converter video or audio files between all popular formats. If it can help you,I will be very happy!(you can download it from nidesoft.com/video-converter.html)
