I feel sure you must have a broadband connection Felicia, but the main issue is with regard to how much memory you have and the speed of your CPU.
Any media files will make demands on the system so obviously the better pc you have the better the file will be.

To be fair the computer not that big, but it hasn't been as bad before, I also have moved a lot of stuff to my book thing I have which is 500gb, I'm sure I'm not really making the most of my resorces though. Its is broadband

Lol!Ha,sorry,its external hard drive thing but they call it my book,I not at home so can't get specs, its only something like 26gb,think I have said in a previous issue, will look and post back,it get realy slow even with hardly
anyprograms running,thanks!

Please do, but it sounds like you need to do a complete new installation of the os to get it back to pristine condition.
