| What is the best free photo program that I can I use the Adobe Photoshop. I think it works fine.I am not sure if it is free, but you can check it out. www.adobe.com |

| What is the best free photo program that I can Adobe Photoshop is not a free program and is pretty costly- One license for the newest version costs at least $500 US Dollars.Photoshop is one of the best photo editors out there but is very expensive and may be tough to learn how to use correctly. There is an free alternative called the GIMP which can be found here- http://www.gimp.org/index.htmlclick on the GIMP for windows link-GIMP will allow you to edit/make photoshop files/images |
