 What program do i need? i want to upload videos from my canon video camera and i want to know what kind of program i need and also.. i cant play my sims games and i message says im missing direct X and ive tried downloading it already. can ne 1 help?        |

What OS are you using ? Is your Canon Video Camera Digital or Analogue and have you got the correct cables/sockets to connect it to your PC ? What happens when you try to install direct X ? My System: Home Build

| What program do i need? yeh we need more info dude, normal for me i just plug in my camera via usb and itll install itself but depends on your os, i dont use software to retrieve photos and i just go via the E drive, you may need some drivers.

just list us your specs mate graphics card in particular when asking about the direct X. you probly need direct X 9 unless your computer is VERY old. before going on this advice list ya specs ;) My System: Mine
