Hey again guys...
My windows media player will not play any files lately, only the other day it was working perfectly fine. It doesn't matter what file it is, it just wont play it... I have over 150 MP3 and quite alot of WMA Sound tracks but it just wont play them...
I get this error message:
'Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file.'

I also get little red crosses next to every song. I dont know if this is relevant but it was working fine before i installed SoftICE Debugger and Alcohol 120%. I thought those programs may have been the problem so i uninstalled them.

I have uninstalled/ rolled back WMP11 and reinstalled it but the problem persists.
WMP 11 still will not play any audio or video files.

Anyone got any ideas to the problem... I have searched online but no syggestions to this problem. Thanks in advance
