| I have another continuing problem. When in WMP and wanting to look through my videos as soon as I click on videos WMP freezes up and has to close. Same type of thing has happened to me before. I have cleared out all videos with no change. Could someone please help me out? Thank you very much for all your time. | What version are you using? Have you tried reinstalling? If that don't work try an alternative like winamp, itunes etc. And if you get the same crashes with your videos then either they are corrupted and are causing the software to crash. Can you actually play the videos if you browse them via explorer? Edit: Btw, your HJT log looks fine. Cant see why drwtsn32.exe is running. Thats a crash protection exe, unless you did this log after it crased :S Last edited by LOCALHOST : 21-01-2008 at 11:50 AM. |

| I can play the videos via any other program but I'd rather not ignore the problem by just using another player. I have reinstalled it with no change. This happened with my last computer also and I took all the videos/movies out and still had the problem. |
