Lynx isn't just a Linux browser, it runs on windows as well (it started out as a Unix browser, but for a different system before the web was invented, and was then adapted for DOS and Windows, and eventually for Linux)

Not sure that's actually a browser, more of an IE extension I think. Not sure.
