| Hey guys, i recently had a motherboard replaced in my laptop. since then when i go to web pages i keep getting pop up boxes asking if i want to continue i think cuz sites are unsecure or something and i keep getting an active x one to. how do i stop these from poping up. they didnt do it till the new motherboard was installed. |

| internet explorer. i have firefox to. but it happens on ie and it never did before new motherboard. |

| does it also happen in firefox? If you're getting popups about a specific plug-in on both, then you need to update the plugin. Otherwise it's in your options for IE tools -> internet options -> privacy Check to see what setting it is on also the security tab -> custom level, see what the active-x controls are, if any are on "prompt" then.. that's why it prompts you. |
