Default Bypassing 'Websence blocker'

I have websence on my computer and trying to access myspace and other webs such forums but it is also blocking 'proxy avoidence' websites by catagory.

Default Bypassing 'Websence blocker'

If you have access to your Start > Run command, type "cmd" ( without quotations ) then input "ping"<Mod EDIT>, It should output with an IP, copy and paste it into the address bar and you can view the site.
