 Cannot Control Volume Up/down and Other Options on Video Websites

I have just reinstalled my windows xp propfessional again due to how slow it was, and have reinstalled my sound card driver SIS 7012. It has picked up everything and on device manager everything is installed.
Problem is lets say I am on you tube. I can control everything via ...

Cannot Control Volume Up/down and Other Options on Video Websites
 I have just reinstalled my windows xp propfessional again due to how slow it was, and have reinstalled my sound card driver SIS 7012. It has picked up everything and on device manager everything is installed. Problem is lets say I am on you tube. I can control everything via the volume icon on "youtube", or lets say I am on BBC Live News, I can do the same here. But i am unable to control anything on Volume control via the the computer. So while I have someting playing on youtube if I press the mute button via the computer, nothing happens. but on youtube 's volume control it works. I hope that makes sense. I have even rinstalled the sound card driver but the same thing happens. Tony |
