Hi, I am trying to download Firefox but get a message that my current security settings wont allow me to download it. I have treid changing the settings to low but still no good. I am using Vista. Any ideas please?

You should be able to download it from there.

You may also want to check for viruses etc.

Well I gave up & installed Google Chrome in the end. Am happy with it but I use Windows Mail & it doesnt seem to be working properly. If I get e mails with web links in then I get a message 'application not found' when I click on them. I guess they are not compatible?

download it at school or a friends house but it on a pen drive and install it

I can probably download Firefox now but maybe Windows Mail is only compatible with IE?

Nope, works perfectly here for me with Firefox.

Have you got Firefox set as your default internet browser?

Windows Mail should work fine with Firefox. Check your browser settings and your firewall settings and make sure there's no problems there?

Please check your computer browser settings properly and also Date and time.
