Can anyone please help, my computer will no longer remember my Hotmail log-in and password , it always did so I guess something has happened during an update, I click "remember password on this computer" but it wont have it, Can I do anything about this ? I'm using Vista, my other computer is running XP and doesn't have this problem

You're not making sense, you access hotmail via a browser like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome etc.

Tools > options > security > show passwords
Delete all instances of hotmail from there. Next time you sign in and it's asks you to save do so and it should remember thereafter. |

Thanks for the help but I have tried that so there are no Hotmail passwords on there anymore, can you think of anything else I could try please?
