Hi,

I've recently started experiencing this weird problem. My wireless manager says I'm connected to the internet, but web pages will not load--I've tried three different browsers: IE, Firefox, and Chrome. I am, however, able to connect to AIM and online video games. I've tried flushing the DNS, pinging yahoo.com, restarting my computer.

Thank you for your help!!

p.s. I am on windows XP, SP 2 (I believe)

Update:

I'm actually on SP3 and I've got an entirely new problem, aside from the web pages one. After having ran malwarebytes and deleting some trojans, my computer can't get past the Welcome screen. Whenever I put in my password it goes immediately from "loading your settings" to "saving your settings" and back to the welcome screen. It does this even in Safe Mode. =(

Update:

I've fixed the Welcome Screen problem. However, I'm still having trouble loading web pages!
