I keep getting that message from the Canon site as I try to read the installation instructions that didn't come with my printer lol. It's not the first time that has happened. How do I fix it? i'm using Firefox as my browser.

So what happens if I refuse to let them install the stupid toolbar? Will it not work as a plugin for firefox meaning I shouldn't have installed anything? i mean just damn, if I allowed every freaking program that wanted to, to install a toolbar i would have about 3 mm of viewable screenspace on my browser.

You don't have to have the toolbar for it to work.

Still wouldn't work. Switched browsers and "magic" it works. Apparently canon is one of those dimwit sites that doesn't like firefox.
Oh well thanks. |
