Deleting search engine history?

Hi people, after a bit of help in tryin to delete search engine history?Tried deleting cookis and eveything but to no luck,whenever i go to a search engine,you type the first letter in and the drop down bar still appears!Any idead would be grateful!thanks

Hi Marty,

If you're using Internet Explorer just click on 'tools' at the top of the page. Then click 'internet options...'

At the bottom of this page you'll see a button marked 'clear history'

Also, try CCleaner from our downloads section, it cleans all sorts of crap off your PC.
