Default File Menu - IE 7

Howdy Doodle Chaps,
My comp has been running a bit slow but after doing a few tweaks it's now pretty muck OK.

The thing that's now bugging me is the "File Menu" in IE 7. When I click to open the menu it takes ages to drop down, the same also applies when I right-click any file (to rename, delete etc).

How do I take some items off the File Menu as I reckon this is what's slowing these function down??

Cheers,

Have you done a disk defrag?

A few third party utilities that are better (faster) than the Windows built in defrag.

Have done a full defrag, registry repair etc. All the "standardIt's just this right-click thing that's really annoying me. I'm convinced it's too many items in my File Menu, just need to know how to take some off.

I suppose chucking in a bit more RAM could solve the problem..??
