Hi all - hope you can help (you normally can).

My Uncle has a problem with his PC in that he uses Mozilla Firefox for browsing - however this has recently crashed & he can now no longer surf the internet.

The connection is fine, the router is fine as I have managed to connect & surf the internet via another PC.

The Mozilla program just does not seem to open & neither does I.E.

Programs such as Word, Excel are fine - however even after removing Firefox & rebooting the PC - it is still not working via the browser.

Any advice would be great.

OUCH! virus scan? this sounds stressful pal.try using cleanmgr command to delete cookies etc.

after all of this download the latest firefox from www.filehipo.com via another pc and then try again.
