Default Help!!!

Hi, i dont really know where to post this as i dont know what the problem is, its been happening for a while and i have just ignored it but now its starting to bug me.
I can use the internet with no trouble most of the time but sometimes on different sites i will be on it and suddenly it will close and i will be left with just my main display to my pc showing, othertimes it comes up with a messege saying debug..... tell microsoft ..... or ignore and no matter what one i press it closes down the whole screen again, ive been putting up with this for a while now but today i was on a site that was really interesting and as soon as i clicked save on the picture i had just made it closed on me and went back to my display screen so i had to log into the internet again. does anyone have any idea as i havent a clue.
thanks xxx

Try running CCleaner from our downloads section and doing both the clean and registry fix.

Not much you can do then.

Try the anti-virus and spyware scans as a last resort.
