Default Help i cant read the words on my screen

i logged into hotmail, i can bearly read the words on the screen i think i got the settings wrong any one know how to fix this thanks...

on firefox go to view, text size and increase it
dont know about ie

There are adult literacy resources (like http://www.bbc.co.uk/skillswise/words/reading/ ) but your local library might be a better starting place.
