Help Please with IE7 & Firefox error messages

New to Forum so here goes I have a new Laptop running Vista Home Premium & have wireless internet. IE7 works sometime and then it doesn't and i recieve error message so I downloaded Firefox and the same thing happens to it. Have Avast antivirus, Spybot plus all the vista security stuff have run them all. Have I maybe set up the internet up wrong? I thought it may be the wireless so I went Lan and it still happens.

Help please its driving me mad.

Is it just certain sites or is it all sites?

Its not all pages it is mainly links but not always and a page you can usually get doesn't always work

Do you have Spybot installed? Or SpywareBlaster.

Are you connected to your network, and do you have an Internet signal?

I have Spybot Search & Destroy, I am on the network and internet is working

Spybot will block certain web sites, try disabling TeaTimer.
