When I'm replying to emails (lycos) everytime I press ' or , or . etc, the character does not appear in the text box and a "Quick Find" box pops up in the bottom left corner. This is a new occurance but one I think has been happening since I started using Mozilla Firefox.
Can anybody shed any light on this problem for me? |

To disable quick find, go to: tools, options, advanced, general, and make sure that "search for text when I start typing" is not checked.

Hi,
Thanks for replying. I've followed the advice you gave but the problem is still apparent. The box you mentioned wasn't "checked" anyway. Any ideas? curtcurtis |
