I keep getting the message..cant view webpage from

internet explorer when I try to add attatchments..? When I try to add an attatchment to an email I'm sending, everything goes great till I hit the add attachment button..I see the page for a split second and then get a message from internet explorer that it cant display the webpage. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
