IE add ons

Internet explorer.
I have suddenly lost all my add ons on internet explorer. I have tried to reinstall IE but consistently returns with add ons have been disabled. I have attempted to enable the add ons but to no avail. Anybod got any ideas, Thanks in advance Kev.

Install Firefox and choose from its thousands of free addons.
