Default IE7 problems . . .

Hi
Recently my Internet explorer has been playing up. On sites such as youtube and pinkbike the videos wont appear and it tells me to upgrade my flash player which i have done. This has had no affect though! Also on sites like google i get an error in the bottom corner whenever i am on there like this .
If i go to click on this to see more info on it then this appears

This also appears if i right click on an image and then click proporties.

This has also affected msn, where i have had to downgrade to make it work as the latest versnio had a huge lag on it which i assumed was the flash player.
Also when in IE and trying to view windows live mhotmail the page wont load and i get a similar error message to the one above ^^ in the bottom left corner.
I am using firefox currently but would like to sort out the problem in IE. There are more than one account on this computer and on the other account IE works fine it is just on mine for some reason. Any ideas?
Cheers

Have you updated Java? and if its also effected msn it could be a virus in which case a mod will assist you in that department.

Updated java . . .not recently no. Should i have updated it? or could this have been a cause. MSN works now but only because im using an older version. If its a virus would it only affect IE and only on my account?

Try and update java again either via http://www.java.com/en/ or start > control panel > switch to classic view if not already, and then click java.
