Hi,
my computer had not been running up to spec recently and i thought it might solely be a security issue. However, I have gone through the computer and all malware has now been removed. However, I still have a problem with my internet explorer. When I click on a hyperlink on a webpage, a new window will open, but the page will not load (no message appears, it just stays loading). I am using IE8, but had the same problem with IE7. I have been having the problem for about 3 months. IE is my default browser. I had been using firefox, but have now unistalled this, I had not noticed a similar issue with firefox.

In internet options I have enabled tabbed browsing, and set IE as my default browser.

I would be grateful for any assisstance with which you could provide me.
