Internet explorer application error?

Default Internet explorer application error?
Hi Guys
I keep getting an error everytime I close a window in internet explorer, I haven't installed any programs since it's started the error message reads

The instruction at "0x012c1ea8" referenced memory at "0x012c1ea8". The memory could not be "read".
Click on ok to terminate the program

I have never had this problem before and have no idea where to start!

it doesnt restart your computer or anything right? so why worry about it? i get the same thing sometimes
