Download the installer again and reinstall it or do a repair.

Note the little choice box if you don't want IE8beta!

XP SP3 is getting really old and usually the computers it runs on are getting old too. I just reformatted my old p4 and i have trouble opening anything bigger than solitaire. In other words, its probably just your computer getting old. Its sad, but it happens.

If your computer is newer, then do as the other two said.

An alternate browser such as FireFox should fix all your troubles and woe's my friend :)

Yes I agree install Firefox and use that as a web-browser and that will also let you import all your favorites from Internet Explorer automatically.

Try and remember did you download something or install something recently? If so try and uninstall it and try the web browser again.

If all fails just re-install xp.

If you really want to go cutting edge, Flock is the browser you want to use. Is made by Mozilla but it has soooo many more features, I highly recommend giving it a whirl.

I wrote an article about Flock here...
