using a dell deskotp with IE7 and running windows xp. Whenever I first startup IE it always trys to do a double startup of the home page. It sort of hangs for a minute and then opens only one version of the home page. After it is running the speed seems fine. I just need to correct the startup of the browser.

Are you double clicking when you should be single clicking?
