| evertime i go on inernet,after about 10 mins ,a message comes up and says internet explorer has encountered a problem and it goes back to desktop,,,why and how do i sort it,,,,,,,thanks all |

| Is it when you visit a particular website?? It might be that the site is trying to run an add-on that is causing your computer problems. Does the error message give you any more details?? It might tell you exactly what is causing the problem. You could try disabling all the add-ons (Tools>Manage Add-Ons>Select All>Disable). See if that helps - normally it does. You can then enable them again one-by-one til you find the problem. Alternatively, download and use Firefox. |
