hello everyone i have been haveing problems with my IE on certain sites it goes to a page the says something about security certificates what is this and how can i fix this.... also when i open IE at first it goes to blank page and i have my Antivirus program set for yahoo to be my start up page can someone help me with these problems i can't seem to find how to get into change this ...... i would greatly appreciate the help that is given

Have you tried going to the Tools > Internet Options > General taband set your home page there.
Then click the Advanced tab and scroll down under the security settings and uncheck the warnings.
