Default Internet page problem

Hi, My internet pages load up fast but when i go down the page it takes a while to go down. Does any 1 know why this is? Thanks...

You mean! when you are scrolling down the page? even if the page is fully loaded, if so I could be a graphics card driver issue or something similar to that

How do i find out if its my graphics card?
and how can i solve it?

If you fill in your profile specs so I can see what kinda computer you have it will be a start

I dont know the specs of my computer as it was a custom build by a shop, If i can get the specs up on the screen i could tell u

Download everest from the download section here and click on computer then summary and it will tell you what kind of computer you have

i cant download everest it goes to 17% and stops
is there any other way i can get the specs up?

I just tried and it worked fine for me, if the first link didnt work try the second

I found my motherboard cd put it in my computer and installed the graphics card drivers and my internet pages are working fine now.
