Default Javascript Problem, help?

Hey guys.

I have a problem watching videos etc on Internet Explorer.
It says, You either have javascript turned off or an old version of Adobe Flash Player.

I Just downloaded the latest version of Adobe Flash player as i always keep it updated. However i accidentally may have removed Javascript from startup using CCleaner, and now i dont know how to make it automatically run again on system start.
Is there anyway i can put it back into the startup programs, I have tried looking for the startup application but i dont know which one to use, as i can simply put it into the startup column in all programs....

Can anyone Help, Any suggestions are much apperciated

Javascript is an internal Internet Explorer option, not an external utility. Turning it on or off will be an IE Preference setting.
