Lost Internet Explorer

Was on it earler to day and now when I try to use it the file is missing. It seems like I am getting a lot of that lately MBAM went missing after reloading it 5 times. Now IE and the anti-virus panda cloud is not showing anything.
Just do not understand why I am losing programs.

Problem found: 1. when I first loaded the hdd I made a very small Partition just to load the os to a newer computer then when I loaded xp on this hdd it was to remove that partition but for some reason did not. So in other words the C part was only 20GB and the D part was 130gb this was one of the reason I was having problems the second part came to me from a co-worker in an email first they sent me a keylogger then turned around and sent a virus.
Well I can say this time all were removed the keylogger, virus, and co-worker I ran a wipe drive and wiped the whole hdd.

Maybe it's a sign to get firefox or crome lol
