Hi All

ive been having this problem for a while now i am using IE 6 and when i try and update it the internet stops working i get the message saying " page cannot be displayed" and make sure you are connected to the interent etc.... so ive had to restore my computer back to IE 6 to get the internet to work again, ive also tried download firefox and the same happens with that, plus programs like Adaware and spybot dont update either

can anybody help??

first thing i would try is going to START - RUN - cleanmgr

type this command in the run box

delete all temp files etc

try again.

alternativley do a scan in safe mode. let me know how u get on
