| You must have IE, it comes embedded and you cannot uninstall it.

| ok i searched for it in the files and found it, but still won't get online. called cable provider and found out that there is no listing for the ethernet card in device manager, does that mean the driver is not there? and where do i go to download the needed driver so i can save it to my flash drive and install it on that computer |

| Yes, you will need a working ethernet port for cable. Do you physically have one? |

| If it's still not working then go into your device manager and click the big yellow alert symbol. Should have uninstalled devices, Windows will go and install some generic drivers and should solve your problem. |
