I am viewing a sports online, but the players motion is not fluid. Sometime , it's like watching them in a slow motion. Ocassionally, the action stops, then it resumes.
Am I missing something in my computer , i.e. program or applications. I just downloaded shockwave player and adobe flash player.
Thank you.

It's more likely that it's taking longer to "buffer" than it is for you to watch it.

Because they're streaming it too you, the speed at whic it comes is limited, to save bandiwidth.

Try opening the page, play the video and pause it straight away.

Leave it a few minutes, and you should then be able to press play and watch the whole thing un-interrupted.
