Ok I am new here so apologies if this is the wrong forum.

My boyfriend has an Acer laptop (which he hasn't had too long). Anyway, I tried a couple of month ago to get onto LINK DELETED! and it wouldn't work - i just got the IE error page telling me to refresh etc etc. Refreshing doesn't work. I have been trying to get onto the website since then with no luck.

However, my mother has a new similar Acer laptop and I can always get onto the american MAC cosmetics website.

I can ALWAYS get onto the english MAC cosmetics, just not the american one. I have no idea why....my friends from london and Leeds can get onto the american one....

HELP!!!

It could be your ISP if it continues to not work say a few days later but still works for your friends then it may be a problem with your computer, but, if this is the only site that doesn't work I'd be inclined to say its nothing wrong with your PC.

I have also found installing the new Internet explorer 7 sorts lots of common IE problems.

Have you done a recent spyware and virus scan?

If not get spybot and run it.

The upgrade to IE7 should eliminate that as 6 has CSS functionality problems.
