Hi, As the football season has just started I went to my local clubs web site to try to stream some of the football highlights but everytime I try to open the link on the page, Internet Explorer says it has to close and I lose everything completely. Someone suggested using Mozilla Firefox but exactly the same thing happens with this browser too. I don't have the problem on our other computer which has Windows Vista basic (although it does 'freeze' ) and is ok on a laptop I have which has Win XP SP2 so suspect its something to do with this computer but cant work out what. Its OS is Vista Premium SP1 and uses Kaspersky Internet Security as the AV etc.It has WM Player 11 so should work ( it did before !)

Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Could try installing a codec pack to rule out codec issues, google ACE codec pack.

Or use the K-Lite Codec Pack.
