Default Website history/cookies

I'm trying to find out how I can check the history on my computer for website usage. The history has been deleted and I've gone to internet options/settings/view folders and thats deleted as well. Is there any other way I can view what websites have been viewed if this info in this section is deleted?

Any help would be really helpful. Thank you.
