VIsta...dell start page...downloaded ie8 over ie7...but prefer and use firefox...
when reboot...all runs well for awhile...then white page comes up...removed ie8...reboot consistently produces the same...went into task manager and found two ie's running at same time...remove one and they both remove...then problem is gone...until next reboot...then starts all over...and ie now auto assigns itself as default browser.........was this simply a download corruption? How can I keep from having two ie's booting which is causing my problem? I did not stop my antiviral and antispyware programs when I downloaded ie8....Any help here? Please... |
