Default Windows Cannot Find 'Null' IE7

Hi,

The other day when I updated my computer, there was Internet Explorer 7 there. I didn't notice I had IE6 because I use Firefox. Anyway, after installing, I clicked the Windows Update again. (The link in the start menu.) It says 'Windows cannot find null...' and all this other stuff. Here is a picture.

So I Googled the problem. There were solutions, but they didn't work. I did a virus scan with Eset Smart Security, Adaware 2008, Spybot S&D and MultiVirusCleaner 2008. No viruses found. Hijack This log attached if needed. I hope I did it right, it's my first time. I also reinstalled IE7 and it didn't work.

Anyway, I need help please. The sooner the better. Thanks.

I never update my operating system anymore because whenever I do it, it always gives me problems like that!

I would try doing a system restore to the time before this happend, if that doesn't work then it may be a conflict, please let me know.. are you using vista or XP?

I'm using XP Service Pack 3. It won't let me do a system restore before 1st July for some reason. I click the arrow for back a month but it doesn't do anything. I don't think restoring to 1st July would help because that was when I had the problem and posted here.
