If you are not getting a GRUB boot menu to choose either Vista or Linux, or the Windoze boot menu, then Linux is probably not correctly installed. Grub requires no F-key to be pressed. Perhaps the following will help.

Any particular reason why you chose that one? Ah, you maybe put it on a USB Drive? You are asking what F-key to press to boot from the USB drive?

Go into the BIOS setup menu at startup (which key to press will be in your motherboard manual, but a message usually flashes up at startup). Under Boot, you should be able to change the boot sequence. By default, it is usually CD then HDD then removable drive. Push removable to the top then reboot.

What one do you suggest. I have a intel processor and 32 bit OS I requested a CD from Ubuntu but waiting.

You may be able to buy a Mag with a distro on it. Personally I would use one of OpenSUSE (better control), Ubuntu (large package catalogue but flakey), or PCLinuxOS (small catalogue, very easy to install).

If you have used Ubuntu with wubi (the windows installer of Ubuntu) then press F8 repeatedly during boot and it should give you the list of operating systems installed.
