Ok lets see, I wanted to test out Ubuntu without having to install it over windows. That's when I came across Wubi. The installation was going fine right until I got to the Prepare Partitions part. The partition table is completely blank so I have nothing to click so I just hit Forward. When I hit Forward I get an error That goes something like No root File sytem is defined Please correct this something something I'm not sure how it goes exactly. What exactly am I supposed to do. Your help is appreciated greatly. Thanks
*What exactly am I supposed to do.* Forgot the question mark sorry. Lol

Just get the ubuntu live CD, ie; you run ubuntu from a CD not your hard drive.

Using a live CD is a lot easier than install via wubi.
Download the liveCD iso or order it from http://www.kubuntu.org/getkubuntu

Instead of spending time and properly installing it on your hard drive it would be easier to use a liveCD if you just want to test ubuntu...then you just take out the CD and your done :D easy!!
